Check eligibility
To be eligible for a cleaning service, you must either be part of an HOA contract or have more than five other houses within the same mile radius interested in service.
Provide your details
You are required to tell us your address and the day your bin gets picked up. This helps us schedule your cleaning for maximum convenience.
Confirm & prepare
Receive a confirmation after your address is verified by a technician. You'll then get details on how to prepare your bins for cleaning.
Flexible cleaning packages for every need
Sacramento Bin Buster offers a variety of cleaning packages designed to fit the unique needs of neighborhoods and communities. Choose the plan that works best for you and enjoy consistently clean bins.
Tier 1: neighborhood block
For neighborhoods with 10–24 homes, our Tier 1 plan offers monthly service at just $22.00 per home, including 2 bins. Additional bins are only $5.00 each. Compared to competitors charging $50–$60, you save over 50% right away!
Tier 2: high-density block
If your block has 25–49 homes, our Tier 2 plan reduces the monthly rate to $18.50 per home, still covering 2 bins, with extra bins at $4.00 each. This provides deep group discounts without requiring 100% community buy-in, unlike many competitors.
Tier 3: full HOA / community
For communities with 50+ homes, our best value Tier 3 plan is $14.00 per month, including up to 3 bins plus a premium deodorizer spray. Competitors often charge $70+ for 3 bins and add fees for fragrances, while we offer a single flat rate.
One-time community clean
